Okay...Touch wood... Only had this issue once but near to where I live, this sprang up and I'm loving it!

The layout, kerning and grammar are a bit off but the message is clear.

I can understand why he's done that but ironically the 'painter' is now liable for vandalism/defacing private property..... which iirc is a criminal offence versus a civil court matter for the non payment (not sure if quite the correct terms though).

I doubt he'll mind.

He's become a legend down our way.

Thing is... Technically, he was asked to paint the house and he has.
I guess he could argue "artistic license"? :unsure:
