Cartoon/Character Design

Hi guys,

Does anyone have any contacts who can produce cartoon/character/mascot design? or can any of you guys design these? I've been commissioned to design a character for a company and they want something bespoke sketched up, then designed in 2d.

Any ideas? - I've had a quick look on google and contacted a few people for quotes as I have no idea how much its going to cost!
