Can anyone please give review on my logo?

I completed a logo created for this client>> Loan Broker
Does it fit the website and how is the colour guys?
I am a beginner in this industry. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

As Hank says but I reckon it fits but I do see a few issues with it.

First of all the kerning on the "LOAN" part could do with some adjustment and the yellow "LB" sits too far to the left.
