Business Website and Blog Re-jig Wanted

I will not put any other comments here at this stage apart from perhaps mentioning that I only want serious members here to consider the job. So please don't respond if you have less than 50 posts on this forum. I think that level of posts gives me a chance to see a little of the personality of the bidder (and vice versa of course) but will also stop people coming here just for a shot at helping me out.

sucks to be the people who aren't in the forum, especially as i've never heard of it before! gutted.
 
Awesome.. not sure I'd be able to meet the bill anyway at the moment, but just for everyone else :D
