Budding graphic/web designer needed for new music industry start-up company

We're a new London-based digital marketing company with years of experience and contacts in the music industry, currently in the process of setting up. As well as marketing, we'd like to be able to offer graphic & web design services as part of the package and are looking for a creative and talented individual to work with us creating online visual identities for a range of artists. This work would suit someone starting out with a flare for ideas & knowledge of web design, wordpress, facebook apps etc who is looking to gain contacts, experience and build a portfolio. Initially work will be on a freelance basis but may well grow into a full time position along with the company.
