I'm looking for some advice as i'm kind of stuck,
I have to produce a print test document to a supplier I have in Vietnam because they need to check how many colours are used in the packaging because the cost varies depending on how many colours are used. I'm not sure how their printing process works but it's printing on a plastic bag.
I produced the document and the response was:
"Our designer checked the file and found out the file is broken.
It is separated. Please check the attached file."
Does anyone have any idea how to remedy this? as the designer I got it from I can no longer contact
Unfortunately I can't even attach files for you to check cause .ai isn't accepted and the PDF is too big....
