Best Software to Convert PSD to HTML

Hi Everyone!

Can anyone recommend a software that I can code a Photoshop Template, I know the slicing and stuff but I think some softwares like Visual Studio are too complicated for me so, What program do you use to code and whats the easiest?

Is there a way which I can code a psd by just learning the basics?
 
You know that a PSD is a photoshop document's file extension yes?
and creating one is done via photoshop.
The coding I assume you refer to is changing the PSD file into a functioning website.
This is done by slicing up the PSD file and putting the contents on to a webpage via html / css.
The best way to code html and css is via hand coding, such as using notepad++.

The basics for this vary on the project, and w3schools would be a great place to look for that information.

Any programs that do it for you will be less efficient and worse than their human equivalent.

There are lots of tutorials on converting psd to xhtml online. Google it :)
