Hello, This is a banner design for the company I work in. Please critique it.

Hi,
The middle section is fine, looks clean and smart. May be make the logo a bit bigger?
I would personally change the the front of the text to something else, looks a little dated.
Have you tried taking the dark blue of the middle section all the away to the top and bottom? Or Have the light blue just for the logo?
One last thing, for me when I see FREE in the colour red I automatically think of a pop up.

Agree with above.
Could you maybe make the icons smaller and the text slightly bigger? For me they look dis-proportioned.
I would also opt for a solid colour rather than the gradient.
