Argh round labels - driving me insane!

I've managed to print them perfectly before using Herma labels. I bought another pack and they don't seem to line up correctly using the Herma template. I have decided to try again and ordered some labels from labels direct as they seemed to have good reviews. I've downloaded the illutsrator template, but these aren't lining up either. Can anyone possibly tell me where I might be going wrong? Or recommend round labels that I could buy where the template actually lines up correctly?

Have you tried opening up your printer settings and setting the margins to zero? When I last had similar issues it was caused by my printer adding it's own default margin outside the one already embedded in the template.
