App recommendation for basic graphic design

Hi there

I’m setting up a design business and I’m going to Print business cards. Customers are going to send me their artwork and I will will print them and post them.

Can anyone recommend an app for my iPad Pro that will allow me to open up the jpeg files and check to make sure that the dimensions ar say 85mm x 55mm and the dpi is 300dpi. I would like to also to turn on a layer which would show where the bleed is so I know that it will print properly. Just for the record, I would create the layer for the bleed, I don’t need the app to do this. Just need it to allow me to create layers.

Photoshop doesn’t seem to,operate on iPad, so just wondered if anyone knew of any app that would help me perform these basic operations.

Will you be requesting artwork as a jpeg? These should ideally be coming through as vector files (pdf), especially for small copy on a business card
