Adding sounds to rollovers???

Whats everybodys thoughts on adding sounds to rollovers?

Personall I like it and i've always added them to my own portfolio websites i've created in the past. I'm in the process of designing an updated portfolio, and i'm pondering on whether or not to add them. Do users find them irratating? Or does it add to the site?

sounds on rollovers - annoying as hell

Uncontrollable sounds generally are ridiculously annoying - be it background music or something like this.

I hate the sounds from the example you've linked to and I would hate the sounds on your site too I imagine.

Yeah, thats what i thought, most folk probably dont like them. Maybe i wont bother this time....
