I'm looking for some good stock 1950s inspired posters / images for my website redesign and am having a hard time finding some.

or a stock photo site.... you know the place where you would normally go to get images for a project knowing you're not going to be breaking copyright laws etc (yes I know google has filters for this now too) :clap:

I guess it depends on what he's planning on using. Copyright in a published edition expires 25 years from the end of the year in which the edition was first published.

You're probably best speaking to an illustrator who does that sort of work.
