Hi, I'm brand spanking new here, mrp2049 Suggested you guys might be able to help me with my little CSS problem. I haven't done any serious web design in number of years so apologies if the error is obvious, can't be 100% I haven't made the coding overly complicated.

Here is a draft of a new layout I'm creating: Untitled Document
It seems to render correctly except on Webkit based browsers, I've tested on Safari and Chrome.

This occurs when I view it using Safari: http://www.knowingthrives.com/help.jpg

Any ideas how I can make the content row extend to fill the whole page, so that the header and footer are fixed at the top and bottom respectively?

Any help will be greatly appreciated :)
