I would need to have more information in order to provide you with an accurate estimate, however I would recommend that you consider other alternatives to Joomla for your content management system.

I can certainly provide you with an e-commerce site fully contented managed and with your blog. We would just need to go through things in more detail.

I would guess that you would be looking at about £6,000 - £8,000, however this really is just a ballpark as I would need to know more.
