Facebook Profile picture & Landing page *Design

I am looking for an experienced person that has a creative flare.

I have went down the whole Elance, Odesk route
but they are not upto the standard UK designers are i feel.

I need 2 pages designed for the landing page and my logo made into a profile picture designed using the full space available.
