Custom QR codes, graphic designer required

Hi there.

We need help customising QR codes, so we can get them looking like these:

Instead of this:

Any help would be appreciated, as we need someone to work with us (ongoing) to develop these.

It's worth noting they have error correction, which allows them to be altered, but not that much, so there are technical factors you will need to consider and even better, understand!
