Logo for climbing club wanted

Hello

I am interested in finding someone who could design a logo for a climbing group which I run.

Happy to accept students or less experienced people who are keen to build up a portfolio. We are an amateur group with no funding, so we can't pay top rates, but we would of course expect to pay a proper amount for the work.

The logo is for printing onto clothing, primarily, but perhaps also our website.

I'd like to see examples of previous logo work, where available, before deciding on a designer, as well as rough cost estimates.

If there is somewhere better to post a request such as this, please do let me know and I'll move my post.
