Hey Yea , I need somebody to program a website for me...

I need to build a portfolio relatively soon , So I need a website

Requirements
- Basic Contact form etc.
- Picture Gallery? Of some kind ,
- Twitter and LinkedIn and other stuff hooked upto it


- I kinda need somebody with a bit of experience designing websites also , as much i can do myself theres a few points im not clear on
