One Page Site (or webpage?)

Hi,

As the title suggests, I'm after a one-page site, sort of like a giant flyer/business card-type thing just to have a basic online presence for our new venture, until things (hopefully) pick-up, when we'd get a propper full site created.

Could anyone give me a quote on this please? I could design it in say, Illustrator/Photoshop, but don't know how to turn it into a web-page...Any help or quotes much welcome!!
