Looking for logo, flyer & business card designers

I'm looking for a designer to create a logo for my electrician company. It doesn't have to be too complicated but preferably vectored. It's for use on print stationary, business cards and an upcoming website.

We'd like something that is fairly simple but eyecatching in a black/green combination. Our ideas are to possibly use a logo designed around the initials of the company, or to get something that is reflective of 'electrician' while avoiding the often used 'sparks-plugs-lightning' symbols. We would like a nice clean design with no fussy details that would look equally good on a banner or when shrunk down for use in small newspaper adverts.

The company is quite small, so we have a small budget to match (under £100). We would also be interested in getting some business cards and flyers designed afterwards, so we're also looking for layout designers or someone that can do the lot as a combined package.
