Lightbulb Interesting paid charity project

I project manage social media campaigns and website design for charities. I'm currently working on a small project for a charity which involves putting together a social media campaign and building a website for a sponsored abseil event.

I've got a web designer and I'm handling the social media side of things. I'm looking for a graphic designer to outsource some of the work to. If I can find the right person there will likely be ongoing work in the future.

Despite the fact that this project involves a charity I'm not expecting anyone to work for free!

To cut to the chase...I'm looking for a designer on these forums who is competent with the basic principles of graphic design for websites, although the actual site structure and coding will all be handled by the website designer. You'll be designing elements of the site, such as the header/footer, buttons, etc.

Importantly, I need someone who is good at creating an urban/grungy feel aimed at a 16-25yr old market. I'm happy to use some stock vectors on this project which can be tweaked , so this could be a fairly quick job for most designers.

Here's a few sites I'm looking to emulate the feel of:
Xperience 08 :: Extreme Sports Festival, October 25-26, Tynemouth
BlackWave Creative Branding and Design Services
Edgepoint Church | Awesomely Different
Bonnaroo
Mens Designer Clothing, Bench Clothing, Henleys T-Shirts, G Star Jeans, Duck & Cover
nYq Design Group
Casio Exilim Lab
Carbonica | Carbon offsets to reduce your carbon footprint and fight global warming
Basmati Tree

Here's the Wordpress theme were going to be modding:
WooThemes Demo

Here's some stock vectors I've been looking at which give you an idea of the urban/grungy feel I'm after:

Point of Contact | Royalty Free Stock Vector Art Illustration | iStockphoto.com
Retro Circus | Royalty Free Stock Vector Art Illustration | iStockphoto.com
Royalty Free Vector Graphics | VectorStock™
Royalty Free Vector Graphics | VectorStock™
graphic messege board | Royalty Free Stock Vector Art Illustration | iStockphoto.com
Royalty Free Vector Graphics | VectorStock™
city scene grunge | Royalty Free Stock Vector Art Illustration | iStockphoto.com

Here's the font we'll be using in some of the design elements:
Capture it Font | dafont.com

I'm sure there will be plenty of questions, fire away!

I've also mentioned this on another couple of design forums.

So...anyone know of a designer on here who would be good at this small job?

Thanks for getting in touch, some great work in your portfolio. Do you have much experience of doing urban/grunge style work?

There's been loads of interest in this project already! I'll be choosing someone by Mon/Tue, so if anyone knows of a designer on here who's great with urban/grunge style work then please give me a shout on this thread or via DM.
