    Keyword Selling - any good?!

I've just had a call from Jump media, offering me a trial of 1 keyword for a month, so whenever anyone searches that keyword I appear on the first page.

costs about 30 quid. Has anyone else had success with this or a similar thing?

It takes time to build strength and relevancy. Your SEO should be done as well though. I think just promotiong one keyword with nothing else is a bit strange.

Avoid stuff like this at all costs they could be using Black hat SEO which could get you a good result for a small period and then wehn you pay for a package your site could just vanish!

Avoid like the plague - it will probably be for some obscure 'keyword' that no-one will ever look for!
