Yep, the forum has just jumped from PR3 to PR4 which is good.

PR5 is good Gareth, my other site was PR5 but recently dropped back down to PR4. To be perfectly honest though I noticed no increase in visitors from when it was PR3 to PR5.

That's correct PR in itself will not put you in first page, you need to look at on page optimisation as well as link building.

Mine both dropped to PR4 ages ago, to be honest I have seen no decrease in traffic as a result.
