Just tried that one - got to do some work... I got 46 on one website and 51 on the other. But it would seem that it likes blogs/twitter etc.

Yeah, my unfinished site, because it has a blog, rates higher than two sites I've finished recently that don't.

Blogs mean updates and new content, and tweets mean people are talking about your content, implying it's good quality
