Paper Cup Sleeves

Hi folks, don't know why i didn't think about asking here before after trawling the Internet for a supplier!

I'm after a very bespoke paper cup holder, one that, obviously, wraps around a paper cup so you don't burn your pinky i.e. coffee cup but it also needs to have a few modifications to the original design, slices here and there! I don't suppose anyone knows a specialist supplier that is able to do such a thing?
