Business Cards with Holes

I'm looking at a clients business card design which has holes punched through it. I'm not sure who does this kind of work any suggestions??
I spoke to a couple of local printers who just aren't interested.

Client has suggested printing cards and buying some sort of engineers press/die punch???
He's looking to use 400gsm laminate to make hard wearing.

Sorry I can't send you an image until I get a scan of it first. (client wont let me scan it until I can prove I can do it ) He's paid an engagement fee so I'm OK that way but it's a nuisance that I can show it around (Paranoia I guess):icon_yawn:
