if you dont supply the print ready files correctly they can charge you £10..........!

Whats wrong with picking up the phone to discuss the issues with the customer? Give them an opportunity to fix their artwork.

Your not wrong - I would feel really uneasy about doing that.

You can order online on the PrinterPeople.biz website - I get some very weird and wonderful artwork uploads I can tell you! but I've never charged someone who can only use word for the business card design.

Business card, thats £50 please - dont like the look of your artwork have £40 back. That will never stand up in court.
