Print Resellers

I'm new so I hope I post this in the right place.

I'm working with a client on a new area which requires a Print Reseller to supply final products to my client's customers once a year.

What's the general experience. Any tips; things to avoid; be aware of etc.

This is an important client and I'll probably enlist another graphic designer for design work. I wouldn't be experienced enough.

I'll just be project managing I believe.
