How do I create this waveform player?

I want to have thumbnails with play symbols on them, and when someone clicks on it, it plays at the bottom or top of the page in a player. I just got WordPress up and running but I can't seem to find a plugin that can do this. Please see example websites of what I have in mind, thanks.

To style it and have it slide in from off-screen will take some custom code unless you can find a player plugin that does it out of the box.
