Lovely, whats it being used for? I would maybe reduce the noise in the outer glow and remove the surface water droplets as it would look cleaner without (just my personal opinion though!).

change style of " m " make more thinner. change background pattern if possible
it's just my attempt of a tutorial text effect , i just made my own version and added the shadow , thank you
