P.s if you tell me how to do the ununiform dotted background it will be very nice :)

It's just a case of using the pen tool to draw them.

If you're new at Ai and the pen tool then you'll need to remember to punch out and holes (like in the A and the B).

If you want to do the halftone inside you'll find some over at Spoon Graphics along with some tut's if you do a search.
There are some halftone pattern swatches and grunge halftone textures free to download on there.

Just duplicate to letters and either apply the pattern or 'Paste inside' the texture.

Sorry I can't be more concise, it's getting late.

What about those curves on letters? I mean, with pen tool i can make thise letters but more accurate shaped, but on image those letters are inaccurate

As with Ai there are a number of ways to do something.

You can either draw them quite irregular to start with and carefully trace the letters if you want them the same or draw them smooth and then use the 'Warp Tool' to nudge the path around and make it less regular.
If you select the warp and then hold on the icon on the toolbox it'll bring all the settings up where you cad adjust the width of the brush and detail of the warp.
Another way would be to use the Distort > Roughen effect.
Works better if you increase the size of your artwork so you can get more detail.
