ok cool, well very good for first attempt. dreamweaver can be a bit of a mare it adds loads of random code. there are plenty of tutorials on line though good luck

bit hard to tell from the screen shots, looks ok though, nothing too fancy, looks like it will do the job, try exporting something a bit bigger though so we can get a better look

that font is quite over used, i've seen it quite alot. it's a bit hard to read, maybe go back to the drawing board on the font front

online, just do loads of tutorials, you'll pick up new skills all the time, teach yourself!

i use a local printer, he isn't the cheapest but best quality cards you can get. i get all my clients cards done there.

the printers i'm using is coming up with different kind of textures of paper etc. their logo is a butterfly and they are doing some butterfly type things and looking for the right feel. i'm not sure he's aimed it at blind people but their could be a marker for brail book covers or something

sounds like a tough call, if you think they are going to cut costs sounds like you'll lose them eventually anyway. I would probably hand it over and keep in their good graces if anything else comes up or they might refer you etc. ask for a testimonial or something in exchange.
