I am creating a Victorian themed infographic and need some suggestions on some fonts like on the attached images. Preferably some free fonts, although I am tempted to buy the Phaeton font as it's so wonderful.

Ooh I tried that but it seems it is not recognised as a 'complete shape', thus a photo cannot be placed inside.
