I'm looking at the possibility of setting up an Etsy shop (or similar) in order to make some of my designs available as prints. I'm curious as to whether anyone has any experience with any of the companies who offer to print on-demand & fulfil orders for these kind of small scale operations...

Have you tried opening up your printer settings and setting the margins to zero? When I last had similar issues it was caused by my printer adding it's own default margin outside the one already embedded in the template.

I think if you want it to read as "jb" you need to abandon the idea of it being perfectly symmetrical. If the left hand shape cut off in line with the point of the square and the right hand one joined up completely it would be much clearer, whilst still being somewhat abstract.

I can't pin it down exactly - Brandon Grotesque or Noir are both pretty close, but don't have the flattened S. There's a free font, also (helpfully) called Noir that would achieve a similar effect too.

Agreed, although I do think the crisscross W looks much better in the Thin, Light & Extra Light versions.
