For truck banner, the machine resolution limit is much less than litho printing (300dpi), just maintain the artwork resolution around 100dpi. Anyway, for large banner, you don't need to make it so clear. Try to use vector colour strips, lines, text if you don't have high quality image resources...

One more suggestion, we you send the artwork to print, convert all text into oultines, otherwise , font will change.
