    Thanks for replies, I appreciate it. I have somehow managed to get that folder in but have found another problem. I have the latest copy of Winzip. Do you know how I can get the unzipped Joomla files into the new folder? You can tell I'm pretty raw and do appreciate help

    I am trying to install Joomla on my computer. I go to htdocs as instructed. It the says create a folder under htdocs and I just cannot find a way to do it. Any expertise on this subjectwould be appteciated
