The old iBooks used to ship with those cables, I dunno if they still do but you should have a wee hunt around in the macbook box just in case.

There are standards in design though; grid systems, using the phi constant and the golden ratio, rule of thirds... and thats only getting started on layout. There are reams written on type theories which younger designers rarely take the time to investigate.

I think age is definitely a factor. You're less likely to jump trends and get excited about something shiny you saw on a blog.

Thanks, I'll give them a go. Most suppliers seem to be set up to use the packing tape as actual tape (The ignorant swines!) instead of a gimmicky branding idea. Some people eh?

Hi folks, New to the forum and was wondering if any of you have experience with getting custom printed adhesive tape in short run? Most suppliers I have been to have a minimum order of 96 rolls which is well beyond what is required. All help is greatly appreciated Thanks!
