Well, no need showing many examples of your work if they do not link to a more detailed overview – I for one expect that and was wondering why they did not work that way when they were still in colour ... :) Well, you can tell the browser what pointer to show; if you don’t, it will behave...

    Google Font Api

Of course it is :) You need them in special formats though, and of course professional font’s licenses do not allow it, because anyone could download the font then ... For those you have to pay for a service that lets you link them, much like Google does with those free fonts. But at...

Well, I think I only read the things that you agree with and did not take it as dogmatic, since this is a quite fine differentiation if something is not written in your native language :) So yeah, read it, get the meaning, act it, but do not act like an ass, that will get you nowhere ever if you...

Yeah, that’s it :) I think it is much less busy now, don’t you? :) There are some things that might be due to my browser, so i won’t mention them, but one thing: The mouse pointer seems to remain a pointer when moving over the pictures, instead of being a hand indicating a link; I would...

Does it sound bullish if you are a native speaker ...? I read it as a calling to act professional and self-confident. I have been in sales for some time and I had to realize that you can do nearly anything with a person if you don’t mean them any harm, act friendly and are self-confident. One of...

Oh ... Okay ... ;) I could not be bothered to lern that one, found HTML and CSS easier to wrap my head around ;) Well, basically you have ONE picture where a grayscale and a coulour-version of your picture are next to each other, but you show it in a div that is only as big as one of them. When...

Looks better, IMHO :) Does not have to be a fade-in, simple css-sprites would do the trick :)

@Designmaic: I am sorry. Of course you are right, logodesignlove is featuring professional logos. I merely read over your suggestions and logodesignlove did not register :o Admit it, you hid that for me to stumble over it, didn’t you ...! ;) @davewill: Thank you for trying to clear this up...

Maybe something like a featured content slider with nice, large pictures would work better? Or if you like that look that you have, I could imagine grayscale pictures with a mouseover-fade-to-color would also help to calm it down :)

About the briefing, I think in this article Mr Rutledge sums it up better than I could in English: Design View / Andy Rutledge - Don't Walk; Run :)

Sorry, but I do think there are not too many really professional logos to be seen there ... graphic-exchange.com is quite nice :)

Nice :) Good luck and have fun :) Save money. Pay your taxes in time. Do not stop to learn. Visit Andy Rutledge’s blog for some really good articles ;) Sonds good. Sounds not good. Have questions ready for them (about them, not about design. You should know how to design), but ask them in...

Some nice work you got there :) But while I agree that the photograph was not that handsome, I think now it is too busy ...
