Hey Guys, thanks for all your great feedback. I played around some more and ended up coming up with a complete new concept. Please take a look I think it works much better! These are a few of the design concepts :)

Updated design, i have refined the bird and i have chosen a font which is sleeker so the weights are not so different. The kerning and tracking has been adjusted.

Thanks, if i can avoid adding the B i would prefer it. However i can see what you are saying.
