Thanks Jason will do
Hi Kate, That code in my ebook is for a .htaccess file, not a html file. And you need to be running your website on a linux server in order for it to work, NOT windows. Your best bet is to contact your hosting provider about your problem, and they should be able to help you out. Thanks Jason
Hi JMC - just taken a look at your web book - good stuff there BUT the last bit anout having a website in two places struck home. I was contacted by an Sales guy who took a look at one of my websites and said just that - it wasn't being indexed on Google because of it. So I did waht it says in your book and for each of my 3 websites came up with: 1) Bad request page invalid 2) the website opens OK 3) server not found. Do I just put that code in the book on the index.html at the top? Would that solve the problems? Apologies for asking hope you don't mind. Cheers Kate
