I don't think there's a periodic symbol with Hp - and peridoic symbol 1 is Hyrdogen.
It's a bit of a stretch, hyrodponics is literally the word hydro (Greek for water - which is H20, not H) and ponics which means labour.
Hyrdroponics literally means working water.
I don't get the reference...
You might not be getting many hits. I don't have an social responsibility. It's the client has that.
There's only a handful of times I've turned down work in 25 years, one was for a Nazi group back in the early 2000's.
I'd just draw them as they are.
I wouldn't think they are great design wise - this is where I'd have a fully clean one without those edges or grungy details.
Then had a grunge effects afterwards as another 'version' of the logo.
I can't imagine the grunge version being easy to embroider, but...

Anyway - I haven't seen your brief so I have no idea if you hit your mark or not.
But I hope some pointers were helpful.
I think the details you've improved on - the little things - it is looking better and better with the tweaks you have made.
Keep going.
But I wouldn't be a fan of the swish - difficulties printing would be a key concern.
But should be ok for a fun non-printed project.
I wouldn't apply for a job using my own company name and stationery... you're applying to work there, are you not? They'd be concerned that you have a side business and wouldn't be focussed on them.
If you're applying to be their graphic designer as an outsourced or a freelance business - then...
Part of the discussions as a designer with a client will be determinimg what goes on the cards and what information will be most relevant.
You'll get it a lot in event posters with clients giving you a venue and not a date.
And here you have business card and the best way to contact the...
