    New Years Revolutions

Every few years I like to set myself a yearly project that I MUST complete for the whole year, for example, back in 2011 I drew an animal picture every day to improve my skills in hand drawn art and animal anatomy as well as the opportunity to explore new physical media to get these pictures...

    Google Chrome Issues

Not really sure what to suggest here. There's always a problem here and there but surprisingly on my latest OS iMac I'm not getting any issues. Firefox was always bugging up recently on my Macbook but has been pretty decent on the iMac (Even though I've now moved to chrome for main web browsing...

    Portfolio redesign - Adobe Muse?

Wordpress? Complicated? It's really simple. Just get someone to hide all the menus you don't need and you're set. Simple! Never tried Muse though, I code all of my designs, and definitely keep with your self hosted idea.

    Behance

Another good point from Squiddy. The whole branding of a personal website is a big yes. Avoid using things like Blogger for your main blog or Facebook etc.. At the end of the day forwarding people to these places helps promote them not you. Get your own website and promote yourself.

    Inspiration_

Get out and away from the computer, explore nature, take some photographs. They're excellent for creating natural colour pallets. You might even see something that inspires you or something you could use as the basis of an idea to bounce around. Carrying a sketch pad at all times helps. It...

    Adobe CS6 - Can I remove CS3?

It's not as simple as dragging the application to the 'trash' icon. It leaves behind a load of unused files in weird locations that clog up the system. Best to run the uninstaller or get an application that does that sort of thing. And I assume you've already done it by now but I would have...

    logo design

Something that stands out to me is the swirls on the tree. The brown one on the right is 'around' the branch coming from the tree not touching it while the other two go over the branch coming out of the tree. I think the break in the swirl for the branch looks better and should be consistent...

    CMS for Clients

Not likely. Wordpress has always been solid for me and the regular security updates work well. Probably the cause I find the most is a badly written plugin. While sites like Wordpress are secure for the most part it's the 3rd party plugins that pose the most security risk. Wordpress is pretty...

    Behance

I have a couple of sub-sites like on Behance and DeviantARTs free portfolio site. I usually just use them as bases to bounce people to my main website where everything has been built from scratch. Like Squiddy said I've not really felt these offerings by other sites make up for a proper website...

    Which one is better?

Out of the two A is better, but I can't see what the site is meant to be for so I can't put more into my answer.

    Memory Project

Some floral sofa patterns remind me of the one at my grandparents house 10 years ago. Same goes with knitted blanket patterns. There isn't a specific design or specific memory related to any of them. When something clicks from an old memory my mind tends to wonder off in all sorts of directions.

    Website Analytics

I use Google Analytics.. Sometimes coupled with another stats program as it seems many are unreliable for exact numbers. If both report an increase in traffic on a certain day but they both have different visitor numbers at least I know that day went right. I still question how accurate these...

    critiques more than welcome.

I'm not sure if you have changed the logo again but it looks pretty good on my iPad (3) now, very smooth. I would probably think about a background other than grey. For the moment it just feels a bit dull. Keeping with your style I would probably suggest white. Also you could do something...
