Sounds like you were unlucky with TradePrint, as I've used them for years and never ever had a problem with them. They are always willing to help if they can. They certainly are not part of SC as TradePrint have been going for years, they were FairPrint before that.
Sounds like a resolution problem to me. Have you tried creating the artwork in something other than Photoshop? Photoshop is great for photos, but as soon as you start putting text in a document, the sharpness goes. as a digital printer we see this a lot when photoshop has been used to create...
We occasionally get these issues and I can usually make them see sense, but this chap was just beyond belief. He was probably more annoyed with himself for making the mistakes, but took it out on me. Some customers just have to be seen to be believed!!

Had a customer in for some photocopying this morning. They are some leaflets for a local pub, and rather than have us do something properly for them, they bring in an inkjet print of something they knocked up themselves and ask us to do 50 photocopies of it...

I was just about to go to print with a scanned version, but was not totally happy with it. Now printing nice and crisp. Thanks again!!!

When I first saw it I thought, yeah, that's easy, but when you actually come to find it, none of them are quite right.
Can anyone help with this font? I've found some that are close, but as it is a logo I need to find the exact font.
