I love the idea! The only thing I would say is that I would maybe try and distance the logo a bit more from Burger King, but still that sort of big bright fast food style, if you know what I mean. I am very intrigued to see the portfolio that will be packed inside. Keep us updated.

I prefer the hut idea. I would do some more experimenting with that, maybe having the wooden slats coloured black and gold to represent the bee. Again, I would say the font could be changed, especially to target a younger market.

I found "Getting It Right In Print" by Mark Gatter useful when I left Uni. I like it as a quick reference point covering most things I would need, then I could find other resources if I needed greater detail.
