A good friend of mine runs a big Volkswagen show, he knew i was into design and wanted the previous flyer updating and bringing to the 21st century.. the show is called Elsecar Mega Meet.
please let me know your opinions. he seemed very pleased with the outcome.
here is the old flyer...
Hi Spiral, i think you have a range of work and you have shown you can be very versatile,
my only comment is whats the need for all the various random shapes and spirals which seem to bare no resemblance to the piece or its content..?
cheers
james
thanks for the advice. when i started the poster for some reason i really wanted it to include a moneky playing a drum! sounds random but i think its a nice quirky little touch. as for the date i think your correct and that would need changing.
thanks :)
quite like the clinical style but i think you should get rid of comments with your mate!
if its a serious portfolio site then get rid or it will end up looking like a facebook.
but on a whole i like it :)
hello, i recently wanted to explore typography in my work and decided to create a poster for a music festival, focusing mainly on typography.
the poster can be found here : Strum A Drum Music Festival : James Cope's Portfolio
Constructive comments and opinions welcome :)
Thanks
