    Gee I don't know what else to suggest. Presume you selected 'interactive' when exporting to PDF? Hopefully someone else will have an answer for you!

    Surely the best thing to do is to design it in InDesign and save it as a PDF. You can do the hyperlinks in ID and they should translate to the PDF but you need to make sure that feature is turned on in the options when you export to PDF. As for size I don't think it matters as the iPad screen...

    Just saw this. I use FreeAgent and I love it. Makes all the admin/accounting tasks really easy and straightforward, nice interface and lots of good advice on their site. I love it! :)

    I have most on an external hard drive and really old stuff on CDs. It was more a question of what people think is a reasonable amount of time. I guess forever is the answer to that, haha!

    On average, what do people think is a reasonable amount of time for storing archived work? Typically I hate to get rid of anything 'just in case', but I also don't want to be a storage facility. What do others think?
