Gotta say, third years been the best out of the three. Feel like I'm getting somewhere now, getting some clarity in my work and ideas where I"m going etc.

Ah awesome, I have really noticed a jump in work this year, but I think I am doing alright :)

Yeah, my first two years weren't really up to that much to be honest.
This year though, it's top notch :)
