    Getting my portfolio online!

I'm Guessing this is going to be quite tricky as, i havnt really done
alot of design for the web,

Well designing the site was the easy part,
what is actually going to be the easiest way to get it online?

I have to much pride to pay someone to code it?

    Anyone any suggestions, Links etc?

    Cheers

    Kye.

Put your pride aside and pay someone who knows what theyre doing with code! Its all very well saying 'Im a designer a should be able to do it' but the real art in this business is knowing how to achieve the best result for the client. Only this time you are the client! You wouldnt print a clients business cards on an inkjet rather than employing a priter so why sell yourself short with your own website.

I'm a master at coding myspace profiles. Not for myself obviously

    Myspace is lame!

I'm guessing it's quite alot different from myspace though,
this time i think ill pay though, and learn it more in depth till a bit later on.

Anyone know any fair prices? etc?

    Thanks for the advice.

If you want your own personal stamp on it a suggestion is that you design the site yourself as a PSD and get somebody to chop it up and create the HTML and CSS.

I'll email you with a price for doing this with Wordpress.

I've posted this a few times, but if the site's not too complicated, Softpress Freeway is excellent for print designers who want to build websites.
