I am having such a hard time
The other night i decided to change and make the transition into web design and branding
And i had the idea of setting up a little 'Online Studio' and hiring a programmer to go around doing some freelance work to get better,
But i just cant find any programmer its unreal

and i mean, I just dont know what the best way is to learn about branding and web design whilst making a bit of cash

...again, why not just go to Uni and learn then look at charging for your services when you know what you are doing? Don't run before you can walk and all that...

Yes totally learn it inside out first. Do some studying, pick up some working projects along the way.
