Hello people
I was just wondering what peoples views are on the following question... 'what type of role do graphic designers have in todays society' It would be great to hear other peoples opinions on this.  |

In respect to...
do you think designers jobs have changed because of the society in which we live in? Its also a sub topic as part of my dissertation, i was just wondering what peoples opinions were thats all |

Transition to freelance / home working (and associated online infrastructures - like here!).
Profession placed in higher regard / staffed by professionals. Greater public awareness. Requirement to design for a greater variety of media. That's my top level contribution.
